About Sites

The Sites tab displays a list of all of your sites, with information about number of seats, settings, etc. You can click the More info button to display additional information about your sites.

 

In the upper right corner of the console is the following information and functionality:

  • Updated Recommended Server Defaults — Click this button for information on how to update your server defaults.
  • User Name drop-down — Includes a Product Tour, Help, Support, and the Logout button.
  • Name of the Console — Displays the name you have given to this console.
  • Rename Console — Lets you to change the name of the console.
  • Change Console — Lets you to change the console that you are viewing.
  • Search — Lets you enter information to search on.
  • Help — Displays a drop-down menu with the following options:

In the upper left corner of the console is the following information and functionality:

  • Add Site Button — Lets you add sites to your dashboard. For more information, see Adding and Editing Sites.
  • Filters — Lets you chose a set of criteria to filter sites upon, and then display only sites that match that criteria. For more information, see Tagging, Filtering, and Sorting Sites.
  • Refresh Sites — Refreshes the information on the console.

The top and bottom rows of the list contains the following information and functionality:

  • Sites Accessible — Displays the number of sites that the logged-on user has access to.
  • Total — Displays the number of sites that are active under the current GSM console.
  • Rows per page — When the number of sites is 50 or more, the system displays the Rows Per Page selector. Select a number to determine how many rows display per page.
  • Paging Functionality — When the number of rows displayed is 50 or more, the following functionality is available:
    • At the bottom left, use the Page Selector to move forward or back through the pages.
    • At the bottom right, the Total Page Overview displays what page you are on and how many pages there are in total.
Within the list of sites is the following information and functionality:
  • Status — Displays one of the following statuses:
    • Protected
    • Warning
    • Deactivated
  • Name — The name of the company.
  • Active Devices — The number of devices for that site.
  • Site Seats — The number of seats that have been allocated for that site.
  • Keycode — The site's keycode.
  • Settings — Displays information about which sites have global policies and overrides enabled or disabled. If the icon is active, the policies or overrides are enabled.
  • Actions — Click any of the following to perform a specific action on each site:
    • More Info Button — Click to display additional information about each site.
    • PC Icon — Click to access the Endpoint Security console.
    • Pencil Icon — Click to edit site information.
