Customer Support System Overview

For business users, customer support access is now integrated with your account login. The main features are:

  • Integrated Endpoint and Global Site Management (GSM) access
  • Ticket-based system, to create a reliable history of the issue
  • Full interaction using the console and email

From the Endpoint or GSM console, click the Support tab to display the Customer Support console.
