Searching Support Tickets

When you have multiple tickets, you can use the Search function to find a specific ticket.

To search support tickets:

  1. From within the Endpoint or GSM console, click the Support tab. 


    The Support pane displays.


  2. In the Search field, enter the term to be matched in a ticket's subject line, ticket number, or ticket body. 

  3. Press Enter.
    The system returns those tickets that match your search items.
